Last updated: July 2026. This policy is written to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and, where applicable, the EU's GDPR.
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it — your name, shipping address, phone number, and payment details.
We also store basic account details (name and email) if you create an account, and your wishlist and cart contents for your convenience.
With your permission, we use cookies to understand site traffic (analytics) and personalize offers (marketing) — see "Cookies" below.
Order and account data is collected to fulfil our contract with you (processing orders, customer support) and is kept for as long as needed for that purpose, plus any period required by Indian tax and consumer-protection law.
Marketing communications and non-essential cookies are collected only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time — see "Your Rights" below.
Your information is used to process orders, provide customer support, and — only if you opt in separately at checkout or via the cookie banner — send updates about new products and offers.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Essential cookies (needed for the site to function, e.g. keeping your cart) are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and only activate if you accept them.
You can change your choice anytime via "Manage Cookie Preferences" in the site footer.
Payment details are used only to process your order and are not stored on our servers beyond what's required to complete the transaction.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, and withdraw any consent you previously gave (e.g. for marketing or cookies) — withdrawal is as easy as giving consent in the first place.
You also have the right to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity, and the right to a readily available means of grievance redressal for any act or omission of ours regarding your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We handle requests manually today, acknowledge within 48 hours, and aim to resolve within one month.
If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational under the DPDP Act.
Per the DPDP Act, our appointed Grievance Officer is Bhavyansh, reachable at [email protected] for any privacy complaint or data-rights request. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and work to resolve it within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
