Before you begin

• Check the product name and instructions supplied with your item.
• Inspect the fabric, straps, fasteners, and any removable parts before use. If anything is damaged or missing, contact our support team before using it.
• Keep the packaging instructions for reference. If the sewn-in care label or product instructions differ from this general guide, follow those product-specific instructions.

Set up your product

1. Open any straps or fasteners before putting the product on. Check the orientation against the instructions supplied with it.
2. Adjust gradually for a comfortable fit. Avoid overtightening, and make sure you can move comfortably.
3. Follow your product's instructions for when and how long to use it. If you are unsure about the fit, ask our team before continuing.

Cleaning & drying

Check your item's care label before washing. Washing temperature, machine washing, tumble drying, bleaching, and ironing permissions depend on the product and its materials.

• Follow the cleaning method and temperature shown on your product's care label.
• Remove detachable parts only when the product instructions tell you to.
• Follow the stated drying method and let the product dry fully before storing it.
• If the care label is missing or unclear, ask us for the correct instructions before washing.

Everyday care & storage

• Check straps, seams, and fasteners regularly. Stop using a damaged item and contact us for help.
• Store in a clean, dry place away from direct heat when not in use.
• Keep fasteners from snagging other fabrics, following your product's storage instructions.
